Temporary Foreign Workers & New Canadians

We support Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) with work permits through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or the International Mobility Program. Our aim is to help TFWs build connections, develop vital skills, and succeed in Jasper. Our services include assistance with Alberta Healthcare applications, English class referrals, social events for networking, and informative group sessions covering essential topics. For personalized support, we offer one-on-one assistance and referrals to various agencies. Your success and well-being are our top priorities at JEEC.

Jasper Works

Jasper Works is a workforce attraction and development initiative led by the Jasper Employment & Education Centre, in partnership with local employers. The program focuses on helping employers attract and connect with new workers who are interested in building a career and life in Jasper. As immigration numbers change and workforce challenges continue to impact our community, Jasper Works explores innovative strategies to strengthen our future workforce, support local businesses, and create opportunities for both employers and job seekers.
