For those whose work schedules don’t line up with our class times, we also offer one-on-one tutoring options to help you continue building your English skills. Class Cancellation & Withdrawal Refund Policy

Course Cancellation: Courses may be subject to cancellation if the required number of registrations does not reach the minimum threshold by the registration deadline.

Refund Policy: Course fees are fully refundable if the course itself is canceled, or if a registrant must withdraw for medical reasons.

In cases of withdrawal for reasons other than medical, a 15% administrative fee will be applied before refund issuance. However, it's important to note that course fees become non-refundable if a withdrawal occurs within one week of the course start date. Please be mindful of these policies when considering enrollment.
